Frequently Asked Questions

You asked, we answered

Why do I need a Consultation Appointment?

A consultation will take place prior to our Child & Teen 1:1 Appointments and Family Support Appointments.

This session allows us to gain a clear understanding of the type of support you are seeking, so we can plan our sessions effectively and tailor them to your child/family’s needs.

The consultation also provides a confidential space to discuss your child’s individual needs and to address any questions from either side. This collaborative approach ensures that both your child’s and your family’s needs are fully understood and supported, allowing us to establish a shared plan for ongoing care.

This is far more common than you may think; why not take advantage of our 20-minute phone call? We would be delighted to hear from you and take you through some options.

How does payment work?

Depending on the service, we offer a range of appointment types, including individual sessions for Family Support and Parent Support. These can be booked as individual appointments.

For services such as Child & Teen Support, Life Coaching, and Counselling, we recommend booking appointment blocks of four, six, or eight to ensure continuity and the best possible outcomes. These options can be discussed in detail during your consultation, where we can also explore suitable payment plans if desired.
