18+ Support

Supporting adults with respect, confidentiality, & understanding.

Counselling (18+)

Our counselling services are £60 per hour for individuals & £65 per hour for couples.

Our service offers a supportive and confidential space for anyone aged 18 and above. Using a blend of person-centred therapy, CBT, and transformatinal analysis, we help individuals explore challenges, build emotional resilience, and work towards personal growth and positive change.

We offer:

Individual Appointments

Couples appointments

Clinical supervision

Our couples counselling is offered with a focus on parenting, family relationships, co-parenting, and creating supportive environments for children. The child’s/children’s well-being is at the heart of our approach, and counselling can run alongside any child or family support appointments for a more collaborative way of working.

All counselling appointments are held at our private meeting space in High Wycombe.

Life Coaching (18+)

Life Coaching appointments are £55 per appointment.

Life coaching is a process that helps people clarify goals, overcome obstacles, and create action plans for personal or professional growth. It’s a forward-focused approach designed to help you shape and achieve your future.

Our first meeting will be a one-hour consultation. This is a chance for you to ask questions, for us to get to know each other, and to outline a plan for where you would like to be in your life by the end of our time together.

A plan will be put together and set out with your goals alongside the action strategies we have agreed on for you to work towards before our appointments start.

Appointments are booked once a week or every other week, depending on the client’s needs. To gain noticeable results, we advise a minimum of six to eight appointments.

These appointments take place in our private meeting room in Holmer Green.

Parent Support Appointments

Our Parent/Carer Support Appointments are £55 per hour.

Parenting a child who is navigating their own challenges can be difficult, and it’s natural to feel uncertain about how best to help. As parents and carers, we often put pressure on ourselves to have all the answers—but the truth is, none of us do. We warmly welcome enquiry and conversations with all parents and carers—whether or not your child currently works with us

  • Our parent appointments are a valuable opportunity to reflect on your child’s progress and discuss any challenges or concerns.
  • Explore the strategies your child has been developing in their one-on-one sessions, so you can continue to support them effectively at home.

  • Strengthen co-parenting collaboration, ensuring everyone is working together with shared understanding and consistency.

  • Provide guidance and reassurance for single parents who may be seeking additional support around their child’s emotional well-being.

  • These sessions offer a dedicated time and safe space for open discussion, practical advice, and shared understanding—helping you feel confident in supporting your child’s growth.

Family Support Appointments

Our Family Support Appointments start at £95 per hour.        Please contact us for more information

  • These appointments offer invaluable support for families facing the challenges of connecting with a child. They provide a pathway to deeper understanding and stronger bonds, helping families navigate these difficult times together.
  • Building stronger communication and awareness of each other’s needs, giving everyone time and space to share difficulties, and building a positive structure together.
  • Support for families with multiple children who don’t get along, helping them build awareness and understanding while creating positive boundaries with each other.
  • All appointments are fun and engaging. The fee includes all equipment needed. The family’s interests are taken into account when planning the appointments, and target areas are agreed upon during a consultation appointment beforehand.
  • After each session, a summary of the appointment is emailed alongside any support strategies that may support both parents and children.
